Mr. Bigelow is the founder and CEO of Syncromatics, which specializes in AVL technology specifically designed for public transit. He is responsible for technical and strategic direction of the company and has extensive background in location-based technologies, specifically with respect to university transit fleets. Josh's expertise covers in-vehicle devices, back-end server development and front-end web development. His background prior to starting Syncromatics was in technical consulting and software development, where he specialized in systems administration, web programming, and mobile device development. Josh holds a dual degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering from the University of Southern California, and is a Microsoft-certified Systems Administrator.
